For Students:

1. Enrollment: All Students Must Agree To Follow The Rules And Regulations Set By Brain Server Computer Institute Upon Enrollment.
2. Payment: All Fees Must Be Paid In Full Before The Course Begins. Late Payments May Result In Suspension Of Access To Course Materials And Classes.
3. Attendance: Regular Attendance Is Mandatory. Students Missing More Than 20% Of Classes May Not Be Eligible For Certification.
4. Conduct: Any Form Of Misconduct, Harassment, Or Disruptive Behavior Will Result In Immediate Termination Without A Refund.
5. Certification: Certificates Will Only Be Awarded Upon Successful Completion Of The Course And Fulfillment Of All Academic Requirements.
6. Changes: Brain Server Computer Institute Reserves The Right To Change Course Structure, Fees, Or Terms At Any Time Without Prior Notice.
7. No Refund: No Refund Will Be Provided Under Any Circumstances Once A Student Is Enrolled In A Course.

For Franchisees:

1. Approval: All Franchisees Must Be Approved By Brain Server Computer Institute Before Starting Operations.
2. Fee Collection: All Fees Must Be Collected As Per The Approved Structure. Any Deviation From The Fee Structure Is Strictly Prohibited.
3. Training: Brain Server Computer Institute Will Provide Initial Training And Continuous Operational Support To Franchisees.
4. Certification: Only Brain Server Computer Institute Is Authorized To Issue Certificates To Students.
5. Termination: The Franchise Agreement May Be Terminated If Any Violation Of Terms Or Misconduct Is Found.
6. No Refund: No Refund Will Be Provided Under Any Circumstances For Franchise Registration, Training, Or Operational Expenses.
